Being a yoga teacher is one of my greatest joys in this lifetime.
Since 2014, I have been teaching mindful all-levels Vinyasa and restorative yoga classes. I teach students of all experience levels in a variety of settings: yoga studios, wellness centers, gyms, outdoors, private classes, and online. I teach with a focus on mobility, body awareness, discipline, and personal empowerment. My goal is for students to leave class feeling grounded, peaceful, and strong.
I am a certified Yoga for First Responders instructor. YFFR teaches a job-specific, culturally informed protocol designed to help police, fire, and EMS enhance performance and process stress.
Yoga has been a powerful tool for me, and I truly believe in its ability to bring healing and vitality to all areas of life. Yoga has helped me:
Increase strength, flexibility and balance
Improve my mental health
Increase mental focus
Know and accept myself
