Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program
Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program
ARE YOU A YOGA TEACHER IN TRAINING, OR A RECENT GRADUATE OF YOUR 200 HOUR PROGRAM?
Do you feel overwhelmed by the thought of teaching classes?
Are you unsure of how to audition at a local studio and land your first time teaching gig?
Are you wondering if your teacher training was worth it?
Making the transition from teacher trainee to yoga teacher is a big shift.
If you are:
Questioning whether you want to teach at all
Feeling hesitant to be in front of a group
Unsure of your cues for breathing and alignment
Struggling to create sequences and make playlists for class and feeling a lack of creativity
Not practicing because you’re burned out on yoga
Depleted from lack of self care and giving too much
I can help!
This is where the Alive in the Fire mentorship program comes in.
I work with new yoga teachers who want help building their confidence and refining their vision for what and how they teach.
I’ve been practicing for 10 years and teaching for 7, and I am absolutely honored to be able to help other teachers hone their craft and find their voice.
The Alive in the Fire Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program is designed to help yoga teachers find their groove and build confidence. This program includes:
A full month of support from Rachel including weekly check ins and communication
Opportunities to ask questions, talk, reflect on where you are, and plan for where you want to go
Two 60-minute phone calls with Rachel to discuss your teaching
Weekly Voxer support (3 messages per week) to check in when you need a pep talk or some quick feedback
Feedback and insight on what kind of classes you offer; what’s going well and what you need help with; best practices for finding the right studios and teaching environments and how to land a new gig; how to make the biggest impact with your students; how to avoid burnout; how to get paid what you’re worth; how to choose a yoga teacher training
Assistance writing one hour-long yoga class sequences including safe cues and alignment, choosing a theme for class, and creating an awesome playlist
Feedback on one of your yoga class sequences you’ve created already
Support with navigating situations with your students, fellow teachers and studio manager that may be stressing you out
Love and encouragement from a yoga teacher with 10+ years of experience who has taught for studios, gyms, and independently and who GETS IT!
