One-Hour Distance Reiki Session
Reiki is a powerful, soothing energy work practice that stems from a Japanese lineage. Each session brings balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
During a session, here’s what you can expect:
15-20 minutes of conversation to discuss what’s going on for you, where you need support, and what your intentions are for the session
30+ minutes to receive energy work as you rest and relax
Follow up discussion and notes with observations from the session and recommended next steps
