Tea Vivre: Tea for Life

When you're having a stressful day, sometimes a warm cup of tea is the perfect way to relax and let go. Recently I had the pleasure of trying Tea Vivre, a company which carries a wide variety of high quality Chinese teas.

Tea Vivre sent me samples of their Jasmine dragon pearls, organic white peony, organic silver needle white, and mi qing dong green tea. Each one was delicious, filled with subtle flavors and aromas.

My favorite was the Jasmine dragon pearls, a bold sweet tea, with a light jasmine aroma. I love that this tea has significantly less caffeine than coffee, so it doesn't leave you feeling jittery or result in a crash of low energy later in the day.

I love that the company is made up of tea lovers and aficionados from China, Canada and France, who all share a passion for drinking great tea and appreciate the healthy lifestyle it brings.  Since their whole team lives in China, they frequently travel through the country visiting China's tea plantations so they can track down only truly exceptional teas.  

Plus the name TeaVivre evokes the passion behind the company.  Vivre means "living" or "life,"from French phrase "Joie de vivre," meaning "joy of living"or "enjoyment of life."
