May You Be Well: Watching the Sunset

My daily wellness choice
today is to watch the sunset.
I will let everything be OK as it is, just
noticing the quality of the sunlight as it fades, breathing. Just being in the
moment.
This post is part of my new series, May You Be Well. The idea behind the
