What are your favorite snacks for before and after yoga?
Lately I’ve been enjoying Nature’s Path organic bars. Their Qi’a superfood snack bars are packed with sustained energy – nuts,
chia and hemp seeds, coconut, fruit, and almond butter. I love that they’re a
good source of ala omega-3 healthy fats, too; these provide lasting energy,
