CREATING CONFIDENCE is a book for new yoga teachers, designed to provide confidence where you need it most — in your first year of teaching. This short, easy read features micro essays on ways to calm your nerves, heal through imposter syndrome, define success for yourself, and simplify your approach.

I’m especially glad to hear that the short length makes the ideas accessible— this is intended to be an easy read! New yoga teachers have a lot on their minds (like anyone who’s new to anything does, really!). The goal with this one is to give bite-sized encouragement and help you find practical ways to feel better immediately.
