I am so stoked for Wanderlust CA this weekend! Tonight my friend Lindsay and I head up the mountain to camp near Squaw Valley.
Tomorrow we'll be in class all day with some incredible teachers, including Dharma Mittra. (Cue squeals of excitement...!) I can't wait to be in his immediate presence and experience Dharma yoga with Dharma!
We're also going to try out a hoop dance class, do pranayama and meditation, and then ecstatic dance... and then see Gramatik perform! :)
Saturday will be paddleboarding on Lake Tahoe.... and maybe even attempting a few yoga moves while on the board...
...Followed by a return to the festival to see Moby play that evening! :)
