May You Be Well: A New Series on Alive in the Fire

I am working on setting new healthy habits in my life. I cultivate
wellness by making conscious choices
that are good for my body, mind, and spirit.
What I’m learning is that having a realistic approach – and being kind to myself – are key in this
process.
I am not perfect, and that is OK!
As a way to document my progress, and in an effort to
inspire others to be healthy, I am starting a new series on Alive in the Fire
called May You Be Well. I’ll be posting ways you can happily approach radiant health by making small changes.
Each day, we have choices. My choice is to do a little bit
each day. My choice is to experience as much well-being as I can, and to
encourage others to do the same.
