Staying Healthy During Cold and Flu Season

Hi, yogis! I hope you’re
having a wonderful week so far.
Are you staying healthy
and hydrated during the cold and flu season?
Lately a lot of people I
know have been sick, so I just wanted to send a little reminder to take gentle
care of yourself :) And if you need an idea for where to get a healthy boost of
energy, I highly recommend Hawaiian Ola juices. They’re made with noni, acai,

After a long weekend of
yoga teacher training, I decided to open up the Ola beverages to replenish my
nutrients and get some energy to wrap up some exciting activities… like laundry
and paying my car registration :)
I drank the immunity
shot by mixing it in the recommended 8-12 oz. of water. It reminded me of grape
fruit juice.
I then tried the energy shot straight from the fun little bottle. It had a smooth natural flavor with a
pineapple tang finish at the end. I enjoyed this one the most and I definitely
felt energized even after a doing yoga for a full day, which helped me get to
what I wanted to. The energy one is definitely my favorite of the two.

Get good sleep. Try this

Do breathwork to stay
calm and relieve stress.
