Consistent movement is great for your physical and mental health. What sorts of physical activities do you enjoy doing? Are you willing to get out of your comfort zone? How can you create some daily and weekly routines to increase your endurance, cardiovascular health, and muscular strength?
Find Purpose in Your Work
Our workplace environment and the energy we put towards our careers is important. Do you feel satisfied by your work? Do you find value and purpose in what you do? Are you working a job you hate and daydreaming about being somewhere else? If you do make a bold choice to change careers, give yourself ample time to get the facts about what you need to do to prepare to make the move. Trust yourself. Go big!
