5 Ways to Stay Inspired

1. Attend a conference, online webinar or in-person motivational event.

Being exposed to new ideas and new perspectives can help us grow and motivate us to take exciting steps toward a bright future. Coming up on June 18th, there’s an awesome free event online that I encourage you to join me in checking out! Mindvalley Summit features over 35 incredible speakers who will be reflecting on how we show up in the post-pandemic world in ways to support your mind, body and spirit. I’m so excited for this one!

The group features top teachers, innovators, and changemakers. This year’s featured speaker, Mark Cuban, will be joined by over 35 other experts in the personal growth space including:

  • Vishen Lakhiani

  • Dr. Shefali

  • Gary Zukav

  • Naveen Jain

  • Marie Diamond

  • Lisa Nichols

  • And more!

Topics covered throughout the event include:

  • Mindset & Meditation

  • Health & Relationships

  • Spirit & Soul

  • Entrepreneurship & Career

2. Listen to podcasts

Podcasts are an amazing way to gain inspiration and learn new information. There are a ton out there depending on your interests. I love listening to podcasts first thing in the morning while I’m stretching on my yoga mat and sipping coffee. Some of my favorites: New Mindset, Who Dis? with Case Kenny, the Yoga Girl podcast with Rachel Brathen, the Aubrey Marcus podcast, the Rich Roll podcast, Daily Stoic with Ryan Holiday, and Mind of the Warrior with Mike Simpson. What are your favorite podcasts?

3. Take a trip

A change of scenery can sometimes be just what you need to shift your mindset and open up to new possibilities. A day trip, a planned vacation, a spontaneous adventure… give yourself the space to try something new!

4. Get outside

Time spent in nature can be very revitalizing. Clear your mind. Step outside. Experience the slowness and beauty of what’s happening in the natural world.

5. Be in your body

Inspiration from within! If you are feeling stuck, or find yourself overthinking or worrying, it can be super helpful to tune in with how your body is feeling. Some of my favorite ways to stay inspired through an embodied experience: get a massage, swim, dance, walk around barefoot, do an epsom salt bath or float, give a hug, or do a Reiki treatment.

What helps you stay inspired? I’d love to hear!
