Next month is our birthday and we wanted to come up with something fun to celebrate. How can we relieve stress and boost our creativity? How can we help others who may be struggling with seasonal depression, stress or overwhelm?

And so… NOURISH was created!

The great thing about this program is that you DON’T have to have any previous experience with meditation or painting to succeed and enjoy the workshop. The goal is for you to try something new and get out of your comfort zone… and to give your brain a break from all the stresses of life!
