Get outside.
Talk to a friend who you trust and who can listen without offering advice.
Question the voice in your head. If you’re hearing, “You’re not good enough,” immediately refuse that statement and counter it with, “I’m fabulous.”
Help make someone else’s day better.
Take a deep breath and notice your body.
Remind yourself of your past success, or read about the success of someone who inspires you. Focus on the positive.
Play some upbeat dance music and bust a move in your living room.
Meditate on your heart center and visualize it being open.
Give yourself the gift of time. What do you feel like doing? What would lift your spirits? Do that.
