/Centering, Grounding, and Channeling Your Energy 🔥
Here is a powerful practice to start or end your day, or do before anything important where you need focus and confidence.
Step 1: Centering Your Energy
Sit or stand quietly and take a few deep breaths. Draw all your energy towards you, imagining it as a light at your chest or heart. Picture this light growing brighter and stronger.
Step 2: Grounding Your Energy
Connect to the earth's energy by sending this light down into the ground, rooting it deeply. Feel the stability and strength from being grounded. Connect in to YOU and what's around you. If you are quiet and still, you might even be able to feel the powerful pulse and hum of the earth’s energy below you.
Step 3: Channeling Your Energy
Envision a light shining down on you. A powerful source of energy. Channel this source/ light/ love energy from above, visualizing it flowing down through the crown of your head, moving down your spine, and continuing through your body, exiting through your root into the ground.
After doing these three steps— centering, grounding, and channeling your energy— you can move into your next task (and through life in general) with greater peace, greater purpose, and greater power.
