/With a new year just around the corner now is the perfect time to set some fitness goals. What are you ready to focus on?
1 . Check out fitness apps
So many apps, so little time! There are a ton of options out there whether you want to try yoga, dance, Pilates, spin, or something else. The great thing about fitness apps is that you can use them from the comfort of your own home. No excuses ;)

2. Try a new class
You might try a dance class, Barre, belly dancing, kickboxing, aerial hoop or a new style of yoga. Go with your heart and challenge yourself to:

Learn new skills while keeping fit.
3. Hit the gym
