This online event is an awesome way to level up your self-care routine.

Create a small, doable goal for yourself. Maybe it's:
Starting your day with some simple stretches or a walk
Eating more greens
Turning off your phone for a few minutes and meditating instead of checking social media
Spending a half hour of quality time with loved ones
Being alone and resting during your lunch break
Use the 10-Day Challenge to START something that will ripple out into all the areas of your life. Physical, mental, emotional, even spiritual.
When we care for ourselves, everything falls into place.
In a survey of last year's participants, 100% agreed that their stress level decreased throughout the 10 days. I also heard from one member of the group,
