/Hi friends! I'm noticing a lot of us feel stressed right now and I wanted to share a little bit about distance Reiki. This is an energy practice I've been doing for 5+ years.
It helps calm the body, mind and spirit, bringing the nervous system into balance and boosting immunity. When I found it, I mostly used Reiki to help me sleep better and relieve emotional anxiety. Paired with yoga, Reiki has been a game changer for helping me stay grounded and at peace.
