Exciting update!

I recently published a journal designed for yoga teachers.

This notebook is filled with questions I wish I’d asked myself sooner once I became a certified yoga teacher. Questions like:

  • How can I create stronger boundaries for myself when I teach?

  • Are there classes that are depleting me that I can let go of?

  • What defines ‘success’ for me as a yoga teacher? What defines ‘failure’?

  • What are my strengths and weaknesses as a teacher?

  • Do I trust myself? Why or why not?

  • What happens when I compare myself to other teachers?

The journal also includes outlined pages where you can plan your classes, checklists to track how your classes are going, and blank pages where you can write about anything that’s on your mind.
