My Online Yoga Class is Moving to Wednesdays!

Starting next week, on July 3rd, YOGA FROM THE SOFT SPACE will be on Wednesday nights!

I teach this weekly all-levels yoga class on Zoom as a way to bring some relaxation, grounding, and peace to your home every week.

Join me from my cozy corner of the world to roll out your mat for 45-60 minutes and practice gentle poses and breathing exercises.

Your camera will be off/ mine will be on. Please mute yourself upon joining.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • A chill, down-to-earth yoga class.

  • Gentle poses designed to release tension.

  • Calming breathing exercises to help soothe the nervous system.

  • A guided relaxation session at the end to leave you feeling refreshed and calm.

  • And...potential guest appearances by my dogs!

WHO THIS IS FOR:

This class is all levels, meaning it's great for everyone, whether you have experience practicing yoga or you're brand new.

WHAT TO BRING:

A mat if you have one. Blankets, pillows, and comfy clothes encouraged.

THE COST:
