You might want to research how to prepare for an eye exam or audiologist appointment. Plan ahead, learn what to expect, and you’ll feel more at peace when you go in.
Practice Work-Life Balance
Work-life balance is everything when it comes to self-care. If your stress levels are high for an extended period of time, it can wreak havoc on your overall wellbeing, hormone balance, sleep, and emotional and mental health.
You must practice work-life balance if you want to take better care of yourself. Find time for hobbies and social activities, set boundaries at work, and be willing to say no to things that you don’t have time or energy for.
