3 Daily Habits Every Empath Warrior Needs
/As an empath and highly sensitive person, I’ve learned that managing my energy is a daily practice. I make it a priority to check in with myself and to do self-care. I know what works for me and when I’m struggling, I come back to the things I know will help me feel better.

Daily movement. Working out, running, practicing yoga, walking, dancing… all of these movement practices (and more!) are essential to my wellbeing. Physical energy helps move emotional energy, plus feeling grounded and strong in my body is such a joy of life. Even on rest days I’m sure to get up and move around and get some steps in. It’s always a great day to commit to your movement practice or try a new form of movement and see how it feels!
